As Red Bull continues to scale, data and AI are becoming central to how decisions are made, how IT is managed and how the organisation operates. Today, data sources, integration patterns and AI initiatives often evolve in parallel, driven by individual teams and local needs. This role exists to bring clarity, alignment and direction to that landscape.
As IT Architecture and Transformation Manager with a focus on Data, AI and Integration, you will shape how data and AI capabilities are embedded into the IT organisation in a consistent, scalable and value-driven way. Your focus is not on building models or pipelines yourself, but on enabling the organisation to use data and AI responsibly and effectively.
You will support the IT organisation in adopting data- and AI-driven ways of working. This includes identifying where data and AI can improve decision-making, transparency and operational efficiency across IT domains.
You will help translate strategic objectives into concrete initiatives and guide teams through the organisational and process changes required to adopt new data and AI capabilities. A key part of your role is to ensure that these changes are understood, accepted and sustainably embedded.
You will provide overarching architectural direction for data and integration across IT, focusing on principles, target pictures and integration models rather than individual technologies.
You will help align data initiatives across teams, reduce fragmentation and create a shared understanding of how data should flow across systems and organisational boundaries. Your goal is to enable reuse, consistency and trust in data without slowing teams down.
You will help shape how AI is introduced and governed within IT. This includes defining decision frameworks, guardrails and collaboration models that balance innovation with responsibility, security and compliance.
You will work closely with stakeholders across IT and the business to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with organisational goals and that expectations are realistic and well-managed.
You will act as a central point of alignment between IT leadership, delivery teams and other stakeholders. You will facilitate discussions, resolve conflicting viewpoints and help teams converge on pragmatic solutions.
You will establish lightweight governance structures that provide clarity on ownership, decision-making and accountability across data, integration and AI-related initiatives.
