Are you talented at organising and possess a structured personality?

As a Team Assistant, your main responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support for all organisational and administrative tasks. You'll be responsible for scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, organising meetings and workshops, creating presentations, coordinating internal matters, and managing the associated flow of information. You'll also coordinate team events, create meeting minutes, and follow up on them.

ORGANISATION AND ADMINISTRATION

In this role, you'll manage the back office, you'll reliably handle all administrative tasks, and ensure efficient scheduling, travel planning, and travel expense accounting.

SUPPORT

You'll act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders as well as business partners and will arrange meetings and workshops. Furthermore, you will provide significant support in preparing presentations, writing memos, and ensure timely follow-up.

CONTROL OF INFORMATION FLOW & PROCESS OPTIMISATION

You'll coordinate internal matters and manage the flow of information within the organisation with composure and a clear focus on priorities. You always provide support to management. In addition, you optimise structures and processes to ensure efficient workflows.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

You'll proactively support various strategic and operational agendas and independently take on smaller projects.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to handling tasks reliably, communicatively, and with absolute trustworthiness.
  • You have good attention to detail to ensure all presentations are at their best.
  • You have a creative mindset to design and coordinate unique team meetings and events both on-site and off-site.
  • You communicate well and enjoy managing multiple projects, events and meetings at one time.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint & Excel
  • Service-oriented, positive, enthusiastic, and confident personality
  • Travel: 0-10 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.142 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
