Data Engineer (w/m/d)
Tasks
- Develop, operate, and continuously optimize scalable data pipelines
- Integrate, harmonize, and provide data from SAP and non-SAP systems
- Design and deliver data models and data products for Business Intelligence, Analytics, AI, and Automation
- Further develop our cloud and lakehouse platforms and actively contribute to our data architecture
- Ensure data quality, performance, availability, and monitoring across the entire data value chain
- Collaborate closely with business departments, BI teams, and other stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions
Skills
- Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data integration
- Proven experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipeline development
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Big Data, or Cloud Data Platforms
- Strong knowledge of Python, Spark/PySpark, and modern cloud data platforms
- Experience with Azure Databricks, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, or comparable technologies
- Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Good German and English communication skills, both written and spoken

The minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 3.565,78 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). A significant overpayment in line with your qualifications and professional experience is, of course, possible.
