Your Tasks
- Build and continuously develop the VIG Data & AI Academy
- Build, moderate and grow group-wide Data & AI communities
- Design and coordinate international Data & AI events
- Communicate and tailor Data & AI initiatives to different target audiences
- Design and facilitate workshops with business units
- Prepare strategic and operational materials for Data & Analytics
- Advise and support business units on Data & AI topics
- Drive the adoption and use of AI tools across the Holding and Group
- Support change initiatives related to data- and AI-driven ways of working

Your Profile
- Completed degree with a focus on Data/AI and digital transformation (e.g. Digitalization & Transformation, Business Informatics, or similar)
- Strong interest in working with people and communicating across levels
- Structured, proactive, and independent working style with excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear, engaging, and creative manner
- Strong interest in data, artificial intelligence, and continuous learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Very good command of English; German and Eastern European language skills are an advantage
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,353.17 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
