You'll take over driving Red Bull's global eCommerce expansion as well as supporting the development and execution of our eCommerce global Strategy. You'll also provide strategy and insights that enable local markets to deliver our ambition across eCommerce channels.
As International eCommerce Manager, you'll contribute to develop Red Bull's global eCommerce strategy, driving our expansion in the channel to deliver on volume, sales, P&L and share targets. You'll support local markets in executing the strategy and solve business challenges, all while activating insights to drive actions that achieve our business objectives.
You'll analyse market trends and shopper & customer insights to identify new business opportunities and develop recommendations to seize them. You'll develop innovative and out-of-the box solutions to address Red Bull's eCommerce business challenges. By partnering with Marketing to design eCommerce toolkits, you'll drive visibility and demand of Red Bull with the online shopper.
Collaborating with international and local market stakeholders across multiple areas will also be part of your role. You'll identify and lead workstreams to deliver unique solutions that solve business challenges. You'll actively support local teams on customers management.
A big part of your role will be to establish and lead relationships with key global eCommerce customers, with a focus on fast on-demand grocery delivery players. You'll kick-start and own new global partnerships with eCommerce retail grocery and grocery delivery partners and coordinate Red Bull's markets to execute the partnerships locally. Moreover, you'll develop joint business plans that deliver outstanding volume, value and share growth, and support the markets to execute flawlessly.
