We are looking for a dedicated in-house Senior System Administrator (f/m/d) who supports our growing company with 50+ people in Vienna. You will be our main contact for all internal employees and supervise all of our internal IT-Infrastructure, including hardware and software. Maintaining and enhancing our internal IT-Infrastructure from Active Directory, Office365, Firewall, Router to Mobile Device/Application Management (Microsoft Intune)
Ordering and setting up devices for new employees
Acting as internal IT support for our growing team
Installing and managing software licenses of all sort
Providing operations support including account management, workflow, log analysis, troubleshooting, and service optimization
Defining, communicating, and managing the execution of infrastructure strategy, standards, and roadmaps for FireStarts long-term needs as a growing enterprise
Completed technical training with a focus on IT
Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge in the operation of IT-Infrastructure, including cloud solutions (Office365, Azure, ...)
Very good knowledge in the area of collaboration (Exchange, Sharepoint)
Good knowledge of Windows and macOS as well as Android and iOS mobile devices
Good network and firewall knowledge
Communicative, reliable, and open personality with high interest in the start-up world
Fluent English, German is a bonus
