As Digital Project Management Trainee you'll work on different projects and be part of all areas from concept to execution working alongside different teams in multiple countries. This way you'll be able to learn, grow and identify your strengths.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

You'll get the unique opportunity to gain first hand insights into our daily operations, through different projects in the field of digital marketing, growth strategies execution, platform-management and commercial activities.

SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

With your strong interest in digital media, you'll support in social media activities as well as in community management.

ANALYTICS

You'll analyse and optimise metrics and get insights in optimizing KPIs.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

You'll work together with different departments in the company, among other things align on technical processes and coordinate with editorial teams.

• Proven excellence in your academic life
• First work experience in the field of job area (e.g. internships)
• "can do" mentality, open and solution oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
• Strong interest in Digital Technologies, Digital Media, Social Media and Telecom-Industry
• KPI-driven marketing mindset
• Bachelor or Master degree with specialization in the relevant job area (completed before July 2023)
• Fluency in English and German
• 0-10
