Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Engage with our customers and act as a senior technical advisor to establish trust in Infineon's connected and security solutions
  • Analyze and structure application requirements for Infineon's secure hardware and software architectures, technologies, methodologies
  • Drive the definition of concepts for our connected and security solution offering based on customer requirements and application understanding
  • Translate application requirements and interpret system-related stakeholder demands for products or solutions
  • Influence standardization authorities worldwide and provide requirements for Infineon's offerings
  • Engage in technical trend scouting and drive pre-development of next-generation application features
  • Technically lead a group of 7 system architects

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field, ideally with a focus on security and cryptography
  • At least 7 years of professional experience with hardware or software architecture
  • Deep understanding of the security applications and use cases definition in semiconductor or related industries
  • Deep understanding of the consumer electronics market and it's particular security challenges
  • An independent working style with the ability to work with different teams
  • Excellent skills in listening to various view-points, incorporating them, articulating the value of solution and defending the architectural choice
  • Excellent English language skills, German language skills added as a plus
