Job Introduction

Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 40,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience.

As Lead Product & Intellectual Property Manager you will report directly to our CTO and you are responsible for the groupwide governance of our product management. In this role you will coordinate all strategic product managers of Frequentis and account for the achievement of product business targets. Additionally, you are responsible for the groupwide Intellectual property strategy and management.

Key Tasks

Product Management Governance

  • Responsibility for the further development and application of the group-wide product management process and the associated set of methods and rules
  • Responsibility for the creation of product business cases and the quarterly progress review
  • Strategic and tactical management of the group-wide product portfolio Execution of product reviews
  • Support and coaching of the product managers to ensure the achievement of the respective business objectives of their products

IP-Strategy & IP-Management

  • Creation and further development of a groupwide IP strategy
  • Monitoring and reporting of our competitors
  • Steering of our IP portfolio
  • Ambassador for the IP management as well as support and coaching for all relevant roles

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in business and/or product management and/or IP management is an advantage
  • Experience in lateral leadership of distributed teams
  • Strong communication skills with different stakeholders, critical thinking and strong problem solving skills

Annual Gross Salary from

EUR 50.446

This salary is the minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on a 38.5 hour week. Your actual annual gross salary results from the overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive overall package.
