Quality Manager (m/f/d) in Projects- Product Quality Assurance (244340DR)

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a Quality Manager in Projects- Product Quality Assurance (m/f/d) for immediate assignment, a specialist in the fields of engineering, design, and production of transformers for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy, to strengthen the existing quality team in Linz.

How You´ll Make an Impact

  • Non-conformity management (NC, RCA, PDCA, 8D) using web application tools
  • Execution and monitoring of quality gates and risk management activities (FMEA, MoC)
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, partners)
  • Elaboration, execution and monitoring of quality an inspection test plans
  • Documentation of quality activities, reports and protocols, ensuring data quality
  • Conduct quality trainings on methodologies and product technology
  • Acting as Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP) in partnership with the Order Manager
  • Support departments in creating and developing processes an IMS documents
  • Compliance with EHS regulations

What you bring

  • Completed higher technical education or equivalent
  • Entry or experienced professional
  • Comprehensiv knowledge of quality methods/ tools (8D, FMEA, 5W2H, APQP, etc.)
  • Digital skills for handling tools (Office 365, QM NC tools, web applications)
  • Good knowledge of the product life cycle process
  • Knowledge of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
  • Advantageous to have years of experience in quality assurance in production plants
  • Advantageous to have experience in manufacturing transformers
  • Independent, analytical and structured way of working
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English

The gross annual payment for this job vacancy is at least EUR 56.000,00 (full-time). The final salary agreement will be made in a personal meeting.
