Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Be part of joint development of state-of-the-art power technologies in collaboration with technology development groups: Be responsible for ensuring volume production capability and leading technology ramp-ups after production release
  • Become an expert in semiconductor volume production for power technologies along the wafer manufacturing process chain by bringing in elaborated know-how about technological details, manufacturing processes and process to technology interactions
  • Ensure volume production stability by regular review of actual performance as well as definition and implementation of continuous improvements
  • Reaction on deviations: Analysis and assessment of non-standard material in wafer production. Definition and implementation of containments and corrective actions
  • Support transfer & conversion projects from technologies running in volume production
  • Act as an interface between production, quality department, business units and backend organizations
  • Be part of an team of international experts with academical background from various technical disciplines

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree from University or University of Applied Sciences in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar educational background
  • Min. 3 years of experience in semiconductor industry or academical organizations with associated research fields
  • Experience in using methods and tools for data evaluation and data processing
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated and r esults-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills aligned with a good set of presentation and training skills
  • A team player mentality and a strong focus on customer needs and if you are a good conflict mediator

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G-H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
