The Vienna International School is seeking to appoint an IT Technician on a full-time basis to provide support to students, staff, and visitors, whilst ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of IT technologies within the school. The successful candidate will be part of the IT team which is divided into 4 areas the Systems team, Infrastructure team, Reprographics, and the User support team. All teams have a different focus however work closely together.

We look forward to receiving your application if you are an Apple Technician willing to work in a mixed-platform educational setting. As an IT Technician at the Vienna International School, you will provide technical support to our staff and students. You have experience in supporting and deploying Apple devices such as laptops, iPads, and phones using JAMF or another MDM. You are preferably (Apple) MDM certified but also have a sound knowledge of PCs. You are always keen to engage in further self-directed learning to acquire new skills and meet the needs of a changing and dynamic working environment, you work well in a team and have at least 4 years of customer service experience, ideally in a multicultural environment, and understand the importance of empathetic service.
