SEO Analyst (m/f/x)

Your tasks:
- You conduct data-driven SEO analyses and identify opportunities to optimize both content and technical performance.
- You take ownership of the effective use of key SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix, AWRCloud) within the team - both operationally and strategically.
- You develop dashboards and reports for various audiences and support data-informed decision-making.
- You work across both technical and content-driven SEO - from crawling and indexing to keyword mapping and on-page optimization.
- You stay up to date on current developments - such as new SERP features, schema.org, AI Overviews, or AI Mode and derive actionable recommendations to improve visibility.
Your skills:
- Strong knowledge of both technical and content-focused SEO.
- At least three years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in common SEO and web analytics tools.
- Ability to independently identify and prioritize relevant SEO topics.
- Experience in building dashboards and reports for different stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoyment in collaborating within a team and working closely with stakeholders like Product, Data, and UX.
- Excellent English skills and German as a plus.
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of SQL, Python and tools for process automation.
