Project Manager - Workplace Experience (m/f/x)

As a Project Manager in Workplace Experience, you will play a key role in delivering new office locations and workplace initiatives in alignment with global standards and safety frameworks. You will work closely with the global WPX team, the Corporate Real Estate team and other cross-functional partners to ensure that each project is executed on time, meets design and operational guidelines, and supports a safe, engaging environment for all employees. Your work will directly contribute to the consistency, quality, and impact of our workplace strategy across regions.

Project Organization & Execution

  • Support the planning and delivery of new office locations and expansions from a WPX perspective, including flagship initiatives such as the Linz Campus
  • Ensure timely execution in alignment with established standards and project requirements
  • Define project deliverables, timelines, and execution strategies in collaboration with the project team
  • Monitor and consolidate progress across all related workstreams, ensuring task completion and milestone tracking
  • Prepare and present regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Organize, lead, and document project meetings to drive alignment and accountability
  • Create and maintain project templates and concept documents, ensuring consistent application across initiatives
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity

Framework & Guidelines Implementation

  • Apply existing WPX guidelines, frameworks, and SOPs to new locations in collaboration with the respective Program Manager including Health & Safety measures, design/look & feel principles, event landscape, and seating strategies
  • Develop scalable implementation standards and guidelines to support efficient project delivery across regions

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Coordinate and align with key stakeholders including Corporate Real Estate (CRE), Employee Digital Enablement (EDE), Internal Communications, and other cross-functional areas
  • Facilitate alignment and progress across project teams, workstreams, and departments to ensure cohesive execution
  • Develop communication plans and create communication assets in collaboration with Internal Communications to ensure employees and stakeholders are informed, engaged, and excited

Essential Requirements

  • Project management expertise, ideally gained in a global, fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience delivering workplace projects
  • Fluent English (oral and written) is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to break down projects into clear, actionable tasks and structured workstreams
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive mindset and readiness to take on operational tasks to maintain momentum
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including experience creating project documentation and stakeholder updates
  • Effective team player who exhibits strong collaboration skills in executing tasks and responsibilities
  • Integrative, empathic, and solution-driven way of thinking

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working across global teams, supporting cross-functional collaboration and alignment
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Ability to develop templates and implementation guidelines for workplace initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges, address issues, and contribute to organizational goals
  • Strong understanding of business needs and workplace experience goals
