IDM Senior Developer (f/m/x)

We operate a highly integrated and customized Identity Management (IDM) system based on One Identity Manager. Our IDM team ensures secure, efficient, and scalable identity and access management across the organization. The team includes Product Owner, Business Analyst, Architect, Lead Tester, and Lead Operations specialist.
We are looking for a Senior Developer to join this collaborative environment and help us maintain and evolve this critical platform.
Your mission at RBI
- Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, processes, and connectors within One Identity Manager.
- Integrate IDM with enterprise systems (HR, Active Directory, cloud services, and business applications).
- Analyze and optimize existing IDM configurations and customizations for performance and scalability.
- Implement security and compliance standards within IDM solutions.
- Collaborate closely with team members:
- Work with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with the Architect on system design and integration strategies.
- Support the Lead Tester during test planning and execution.
- Partner with Lead Operations to ensure smooth deployment and operational stability.
- Participate in upgrade projects and roadmap planning for future IDM enhancements.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
Your Core Competencies
- Deep expertise in One Identity Manager (design, configuration, and customization).
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used with IDM (e.g., C#, .NET, PowerShell).
- Experience with database technologies (MS SQL Server) and writing complex queries.
- Solid understanding of identity and access management principles, including RBAC, provisioning, and governance.
- Integration experience with directories (Active Directory, LDAP), cloud platforms (Azure AD), and enterprise applications.
- Experience with modern web technologies, specifically Angular, for front-end development
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
