Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Artificial Intelligence: Bringing AI competences into the Agile Team at Infineon Austria and actively supporting the agile transformation with AI technologies
• Process Automation: Identifying automation potential in internal processes and implementing AI-driven solutions (e.g. automated reporting, workflow optimization, AI-supported backlog management or knowledge management)
• Support of AI Strategy Development: Collaboration in the creation and further development of our AI strategy and AI concepts, including research and evaluation of suitable AI tools, platforms and new functions
• Automation and Efficiency: Development and maintenance of automation scripts and small AI models to increase team efficiency
• Piloting and Testing: Piloting and testing AI solutions within the agile team and supporting their rollout
• Process Optimization and Documentation: Monitoring, optimizing and documenting AI-supported processes as well as creating simple training materials for the team

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: You are currently studying Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering or a comparable technical field at a university or university of applied sciences (FH) in Austria
• Technical Skills: You enjoy organizing. Analyzing and implementing solutions and conceptual work is one of your strengths
• Motivation and Teamwork: You are motivated to work in an agile and international team
• Practical Experience: You ideally already have first practical experience in AI/machine learning, programming or automation tools and bring enthusiasm for these topics
• Agile Methodology: You ideally have basic knowledge of agile methods and an interest in agile business transformations
• Language Skills: You speak fluent German and English

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
