As part of this ambition, we are continuing to grow our Computational Design Team (CDT) and are looking for new colleagues who are excited to develop smart, integrated solutions and actively shape the future of planning with us.

Stellenbeschreibung

In this role, you will be part of Lila's team - our Lead for Digital Technologies. Together, you will drive digital strategies that go beyond traditional IT, enabling innovation, strengthening collaboration, and shaping a more connected, forward‑thinking way of working across disciplines. As part of the Computational Design Team, you will actively contribute to this vision and help shape the next generation of digital design and technology at ATP.

Your Impact at ATP...

  • You design, develop, and implement computational workflows within real-world project environments
  • You collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across architecture, engineering, and specialist disciplines such as electrical engineering, structural engineering, etc
  • You contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal tools, standards, and reusable components
  • You translate project-specific challenges into scalable, robust, and reusable computational logic
  • You gradually grow into a multiplier role within the Computational Design Team, actively sharing knowledge and best practices

Qualifikationen

What You Bring...

  • You have a degree in Architecture or Engineering
  • You have 2-4 years of experience working on architectural or engineering planning and design tasks within projects
  • You work confidently with Revit and are familiar with BIM-based workflows
  • You use tools like Rhino and Grasshopper in your daily work (ideally Rhino.Inside.Revit)
  • You enjoy breaking down complex problems and turning them into clear, structured solutions
  • You document your work clearly and help build and share best practices within the team
  • You have experience with Python or C#, Dynamo or UI/UX, and German skills at B1 level or higher (nive to have)
