Your Tasks
- Maintaining and prioritising the module backlog in alignment with SOLO demands and SCORE delivery capacity.
- Defining configuration standards across all SOLOs.
- Ensuring the suitability and DORA compliance of ITSM processes (IM, MIM, CHM, PM, KM, SRM, SCM, SLM).
- Acting as the senior escalation point for ITSM processes conflicts and module-related incidents.
- Managing stakeholder expectations on module enhancements.
- Ensuring documentation and release notes are maintained and kept up to date.
- Driving the continuous improvement of ITSM processes in collaboration with the SOLO process managers.
- Future establishment and leadership of the ITSM team.

Your Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or comparable fields of study.
- Several years' professional experience in ITSM.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL 4 and all key ITSM processes.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification required.
- ServiceNow CSA certification required.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Romanian, Serbian, Bulgarian, Czech) would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional; ServiceNow CIS - ITSM; COBIT; Agile/Scrum Product Owner certifications would be an advantage
- Experience in a managerial role would be an advantage
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 75.000,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
