As an experienced Appian professional, you'll take the lead in shaping our Appian architecture, guiding and mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across complex enterprise applications.

Ihre Rolle

• Lead and mentor a team of Appian developers, setting the technical direction and fostering continuous improvement
• Define and enforce architecture and development standards in line with Appian best practices
• Own technical design decisions for complex, enterprise-scale Appian applications
• Estimate effort and plan delivery based on high-level business requirements
• Drive CI/CD practices and release governance across the team

Ihr Profil

• 5-7+ years of hands-on Appian development experience
• 2+ years leading or mentoring Appian development teams
• Appian Certified Senior Developer
• Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills (MySQL, Oracle, or similar)
• Proven experience integrating Appian with external systems via REST and SOAP web services
• Experience designing scalable data models with Appian Records and Data Fabric
• Comfortable presenting and justifying technical choices to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Agile work style & growth mindset: willing to learn, open to feedback, adaptable

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with AI services or decision engines related to Appian
• Experience in banking or financial services projects
• Performance tuning of large SAIL UIs and monitoring stacks
• Experience with Appian plug-ins and customization beyond out-of-the-box capabilities
