Lead Golang Developer - US emBET (m/f/d)

Being part of Sportradar Audiovisual (AV) tribe, your contribution will ensure the continuation of this trajectory.

As Lead Go/Golang Developer, you are not only becoming one of the first team members of a new squad, but also take ownership for the technical development and alignment with architecture expectations to successfully drive our new product within the international video and sports market.

Your core tasks include the ongoing development of the core product including backend and frontend, driving the architecture of the system, and the assurance of high code quality.

THE CHALLENGE:

Back-end software development using Go

Build testable code and help increase our unit test coverage and confidence

Work in a modern, collaborative development environment using GitLab, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery

Together with the team, you take responsibility for the development, the quality assurance and the deployment of the code

Help other team members to achieve their goals and objectives, plan and review their work, and monitor their progress

YOUR PROFILE:

Must-Have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in development

Excellent skills in Go

Experience with Vue.js or React

You've already worked with and also created APIs (REST)

Writing unit tests for your own code is self-evident

Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines

Experience with agile development - you are aware of SCRUM & Kanban and you enjoy it!

Good written and spoken English skills are required

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in TDD and Continuous Integration

Know-how in Cloud Computing (AWS)

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
