Then this is for you. The program strategy team at Red Bull Media House are experts in the digital media landscape. They think analytically, evaluate opportunities, and educate the greater organization. Additional responsibilities include broader case studies and research for programming strategy across Owned (redbull.com & Red Bull TV) and managed 3rd party (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) channels.
You'll build on the organization's business plan by creating and implementing cross-platform programming strategies in support of the organization's wider marketing mix. In this role you'll also lead the social media programming strategy, content briefing, and community management of @RedBull LinkedIn. Ultimately this role brings a wealth of industry knowledge across social, web, and a passion for experimentation and innovation, such as a demonstrated interest in Web 3.0. This role puts strategy into action by bringing stories to life, engaging audiences at scale, and bringing constant value to their peers in the organization.
In this role you'll identify programming learnings and create actionable reports to benefit Media and Marketing teams, informed by past content performance and expert understanding of current and potential future audience behavior.
You'll constantly assist in sharpening roles of Owned and Managed channels, identify potential programming partner channels, and build consistent holistic programming and release plans across the network.
Additionally, you'll identify emerging platforms and trends with a focus on community building through Web3-native storytelling.
You'll take ownership of @RedBull LinkedIn, optimise channel performance and experience through scheduling, featuring, customised functionalities and smooth consumer journeys. By briefing specific @RedBull LinkedIn content needs with our Content team you'll maximize performance depending on platform and goals. In close collaboration with the Brand and Communications departments you'll maximise reach of this content.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,208 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
