We are looking for a Business Process Analysis and Improvement specialist to strengthen our Process Excellence team at the global Red Bull headquarters in Salzburg, Austria.

In this position, you'll support the business as process analysis expert to drive process optimization utilizing process data analyses based on state-of-the-art process mining technologies. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business requirements, combine data from different source systems, define data requirements, analyze information and identify and drive process improvements. You'll act as a coach for the business regarding improvement of the business processes.

BUSINESS PROCESSES & NEEDS

You'll review business requests, define data requirements, system connections, and performance indicators to deliver process mining dashboards and solutions to the business.

PROCESS ANALYSIS

You'll work with the business to measure and analyse business processes to understand strengths and improvements and their associated root causes.

VALUE REALIZATION

You'll deliver process mining solutions to the business and monitor the value and resolution of process optimizations and the wider process mining program.

ROLLOUT & TRAINING

You'll analyse use cases for global applicability and train end users to use process mining to find improvements and drive value realization. Finally, you'll develop and maintain process mining methodologies, standards and templates to ensure a streamlined engagement with the business.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 4-6 years relevant work experience in process management, process improvement and data analysis
  • Proven experience driving process improvement, preferably through methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to think differently about the data, which may lead to less obvious conclusions
  • High affinity to IT systems especially strong familiarity with business process software and process mining tools (Celonis)
  • End user knowledge for ERP systems like SAP, Business Objects, BI is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms
  • Willingness to learn, to accept challenges and work in a team environment
  • Result and performance oriented
  • University Degree; Or Equivalent Professional Experience
  • Fluent in English
