In your role as the new Product Domain Sales Manager for Voice Communication Systems (VCS), you will actively support regional sales and assist our customers by providing specialized product knowledge. Your goal is to ensure the success of cost-efficient and technically feasible solution sales. By staying informed about market trends, understanding customer processes, and effectively conveying the added value of our products in the Air Traffic Management Domain, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Regional Sales, Customers, and internal stakeholders within the Market Unit.

Key Tasks

  • Achieve your sales targets via executing consultative sales principles for new and existing customers
  • Capturing and closing deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support from the Offering team
  • Enable and develop our ATM sales force (Regional Sales Units and Key Accounts) to successfully position and sell our Voice Communication System portfolio
  • Steer and lead the VCS sales opportunities through the offer and negotiation phase for new customers and our installed base in collaboration with ATM regional sales/Key Account managers
  • Develop and execute the sales activities for the migration of the existing installed base to our new products
  • Influence the product portfolio by validated feedback from customer visions, plans and expectations
  • Monitor competition and develop strategies together with the Market Unit Voice Solutions sales team and product managers to outperform competition

Key Qualifications

  • BA, MSc or equivalent working experience
  • At least 3 years proven technical sales experience (IT/telecommunication), presenting and selling of complex technical/business contents
  • Experience in Air Traffic Management industry or voice communication for ATC is beneficial
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product know-how at all stages and client situations
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with sales, bid management, product management, product development and delivery departments
  • Sense of ownership and pride on your performance and its impact on the sales and business unit's success
  • Problem solving skills combined with great interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent English language and presentation skills; additional language skills is a plus
  • Strong team player, having an intercultural mind set paired with international willingness to travel (30%)

Annual Gross Salary

EUR 50.000

Your individual salary is based on your professional experience and qualifications and is part of our attractive total package.
