For our voestalpine High Performance Metals SCM company we are looking for a Business & IT Analyst Warehouse Production. The voestalpine High Performance Metals SCM company will further develop the processes for forecast and material requirements planning with the help of digitized and cross-company planning approaches and applications. It will work together with the production and VAS companies to manage the supply chain and ensure its stability, with the lowest possible buffer stocks and a high service level

Job description
- Conceptual collaboration in the worldwide S/4HANA implementation project with focus on modelling and harmonizing warehouse and warehouse production processes in the system (e. g. sawing, machining, intralogistics, piece tracking, labeling, dispatch)
- Design and continuously improve SAP based solutions for digital warehouse operations that enable optimization of yield and throughput
- Be process expert and act as solution architect between shopfloor process experts and solution partners
- Collaboration on process and IT harmonization within the framework of the S/4HANA template as well as state of the art business intelligence and process mining solutions
- Continuous checking of compliance with the template specifications for future S/4HANA rollouts
- Support in the conception of interfaces, authorizations and legacy data migration
- Integration processes and data from various business processes into a technical solution (S/4HANA, interfaces, CRM, ...)
- Preparation of training materials and documentation
- Preparation and implementation of international workshops and training courses
What we offer
Salary Package and Benefits: The collective minimum salary agreement for this position is EUR 4.011,25 gross (14 x per year). The actual payment depends on the particular qualification and experience.

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent practical experience of at least 5 years in the field of business and/or IT
- Professional competences in one or more of following areas: warehouse, material management, supply chain management, order to cash and of at least 3 years
- Experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Production Planning (PP) required
- Knowledge of the integration of these modules with the SAP modules Transport Management (TM), Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) and Quality Management (QM) desirable
- SAP customizing knowledge required and development know-how desirable
- Know-how and integration experience on high rack systems (e.g. KASTO) beneficial
- S/4HANA expertise desirable
- Fluent English skills
- Commitment, goal-oriented and independent work
- Communication, teamwork and assertiveness skills
- Willingness to travel (25%) and intercultural skills
