SAP Service Delivery Team Lead

Your Tasks
- Ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of SAP Basis services. This involves overseeing activities such as system installations, upgrades, patching, performance monitoring, backup and recovery, and security management.
- Planning and executing SAP Basis projects
- Ensuring the optimal performance of SAP systems and maintaining their security
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP Basis delivery professionals
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholder when is comes to technical discussions and updates
- Control of key suppliers with performance measurement in a higher-level service management function. Contract management and cost control is also an important part of the control function
Your Profile
- A strong background in SAP Basis is essential. This includes in-depth knowledge of SAP system administration, database management (e.g., SAP HANA, Oracle), performance tuning, system monitoring, security administration, patching and upgrades, transport management, and SAP landscape architecture.
- Good leadership and management skills
- Project Management skills
- Ability to analyse problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop effective solutions is essential for maintaining system stability and reliability.
- Very good Client or Stakeholder Management
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
