Oracle ERP Operation Specialist (m/f/d)
In this role you will be an integral part of INNIO's ERP Team. An Oracle ERP Operations Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for overseeing and managing the support of INNIO's ERP system. This includes ensuring the system is running smoothly, troubleshooting and managing issues in Oracle ERP. At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage operational support tickets to maintain SLA and backlog
- Drive review calls with various support teams
- Drive Oracle service request resolutions and metrics
- Make sure support teams collaborate and follow our processes
- Drive improvements and simplification for a better support
- Manage change control board for controlling ERP changes
- Support ERP audits and focus on some assigned operational projects
- Align on customer needs and work on continuous improvements across INNIO teams
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Knowledge on SQL/Database, Data flow management / Architecture
- ITIL Knowledge, high appreciated ServiceNow tool
- Experience with an ERP system, process and support procedures
- Experience in managing and dealing with vendors and offshore resources
- Ability to understand business flows and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills as well as customer service skills and orientation
- Ability to work in a fast pace and stressful environment
- Good communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Fluency in English, any other languages are a plus
- Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
