The One Customer ID Squad is part of the B2C Portfolio & Go to Market Tribe, focusing attracting B2C customers by offering relevant, value-driven propositions and maximizing Household Value with Converged propositions.
The Squad will focus on delivering a unified customer identification across all platforms to enable consistent, data-driven experiences and support key use cases like authentication, personalization, and 360° customer views.
Define and own the squad vision and roadmap, starting with the One Customer ID initiative
Align with architecture, data, and system owners to structure and connect customer data
Ensure login and identity features are powered by consistent, reliable customer information
Deliver value iteratively - from foundational ID work to advanced data use cases
Establish governance for data accuracy, privacy, and accessibility
