As Intern of Red Bull's Global Platforms team, you'll support the Global Social Media Services & Tools Manager to manage and maintain Red Bull's portfolio of social media channels, services and tools.

You'll get hands on experience with the latest social technology, helping to onboard and train new users, helping to update and maintain Red Bull's global social media policies, as well as communicating new tools and features to Red Bull's digital teams located in nearly 170 countries around the world. We are looking for a motivated talent who can join us as of June 2021 for a period of 6 months.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

SOCIAL MEDIA - LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT

In this exciting role you'll support the Global Social Services & Tools Manager in facilitating Red Bull's social media portfolio - this includes helping to manage the back end of Red Bull's nearly 1200+ social media accounts, as well as our enterprise social media services and tools (like Sprinklr, Crowdtangle, Talkwalker, Conviva, LastPass, etc.).

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

You'll build and maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient collaboration with the teams in Brand Marketing, Engineering & Operations, Content Management, Social Media, Audience Intelligence, and more.

DIGITAL SERVICES COMMUNICATION

As Intern of the Global Platforms team you'll foster transparency and communicate accomplishments, deliverables, new tools, new strategies and drive educational topics to distribute knowledge across the company.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

You're responsible for the management of external vendors to efficiently deliver timely, quality work and according to budget.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Passion for information technology, digital tools and finding ways to organize and improve business processes
  • Understanding of the digital and social media industry - including social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Twitch, etc.
  • Desire to become an expert with Social Tools: like Sprinklr, Bit.ly, Facebook Business Manager, LastPass, Crowdtangle, ScribbleLive, Pixlee, Crisp Thinking and Airtable
  • Preferably first work experience in a multi-national environment in digital, social media or a similar field
  • Project management experience and social media knowledge
  • Compelling portfolio of successfully managed online/media platforms
  • Passion for social media, digital tools and services
  • Creative, innovative, self-motivated and focused on delivering results
  • University degree in marketing, communications, journalism, media, technology, computer science, information systems or a related discipline
  • Excellent English skills
