OVERVIEW:
As part of one of the fastest-growing digital sports companies worldwide, you are responsible for the analysis of our global People data. In this high impact role you will analyse our data, identify trends and insights, and prepare regular reports for senior stakeholders. You will drive data-led discussions and translate trends and insights into actions, concrete projects, and finally impact assessments.
THE CHALLENGE:
Prepare Monthly and Quarterly reports that highlight HR trends and insights for our management teams
Support People Partners & managers with ad hoc analyses
Manage the actions & projects that are raised as an outcome of data analyses. Align actions with stakeholders, track progress on implementation of changes, and report on impact.
Combine data from multiple sources to create meaningful insights. E.g. HRIS, ATS, Benchmarks, Surveys
Partner with the business to identify improvements to self-service report capabilities in Workday
Support with creating, testing, and improving reports and dashboards available in Workday.
Drive best practices and make recommendations for a standard operating model around data and reporting.
YOUR PROFILE:
Advanced Excel & VBA skills, including vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Charts, Nested If, Countif, Sumif, Sum product, Index, Match, Conditional Formatting, Slicer etc.
Experience with Workday Report Writing would be an asset, training could be provided for the right candidate
Ability to present and articulate data and insights to both everyday users and Senior stakeholders. Combine multiple sources & info to create a meaningful story.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, experienced with data cleansing and providing solutions to data quality challenges
Drive to see projects through end to end from facilitating data-driven discussions, aligning on concrete actions, collaborating with & project managing stakeholders for realization, and finally conducting impact assessments on completed initiatives.
Affinity for translating business needs into technical requirements
Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments and requests and drive results
