Within our Global Data team at the Headquarters of Red Bull, the Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team is responsible for the management and development of innovative system solutions that generate valuable business insights about our customers and profitability in the Red Bull organizations around the globe. With this position we offer you an entry-level position with further professional growth opportunities within the team.
In this role, you'll get first insights into CPM project work and gain relevant expertise in cross-functional (Sales, Finance and Operations) processes and the related system needs. You'll take part in the transition of our systems to S/4Hana as well as designing new system developments with support of internal and external consultants. Moreover, you'll offer training, communication, and post-implementation support to users.
You'll learn how to act as a global contact point for the CPM tool and help local Key Users around the world in case of process or system related issues and questions. It will be your responsibility to ensure a proper system functioning, to find efficiencies and to tackle areas of opportunity concerning system handling and related business processes within the CPM system. In addition to that, you'll execute data quality reviews and propose ways on how to support countries in improving their data quality.
As a graduate, you'll also support the training agenda in finding innovative ways to design and digitalize training materials and documentation. Here, you'll provide on-site and online trainings for users from the subsidiaries to ensure proper system handling and strengthening the connection to key users.
